  What a pleasurable experience to buying a car! From start to finish could not fault Dan Casson at Renault for his personal service. I genuinely felt like a valued customer and if I'm honest, I left feeling like a friend. Nothing was fabricated, everything was honest and I would return without question to buy my next car.   Recently purchased a Clio hybrid. I am really pleased with my purchase and grateful to Joe, who was with us throughout the entire process. To be honest, we visited a handful of Renault stores to reserve the new Clio. However, we were not happy with the approach of salespeople. I finally found a good team to book my automobile. We had several document issues in the last stages of delivery. Joe and his colleagues worked hard to get things out, and they kept everyone updated via email. I am quite delighted with their service. Definitely worth recommending to my friends and family.

  I contacted Toomey Renault Basildon to place an order of my first brand new car and was greeted by a lovely gentleman called Michael daws who went above and beyond to help me order a vehicle. He showed great patience and amazing people skills. He made me feel comfortable and listened to my needs. And was also very funny too! I thought it was a pleasure to deal with him, he kept me up to date with every detail of the process and had a car available to me within just under a week. If I could have given 10 stars I would have. I feel confident that if I ever was to face an issue he would do his best to resolve it.   I have recently bought Renault Clio Techno 2024 from Renault Southend. I must admit, I had amazing experience on over all purchase journey. The sales persons were really friendly, helpful and had shown lot of patience. They helped me to pick the best choice, and guided me through the entire process.
